Tavern and Bistro
Along with the unique architecture of the building we have the pleasure to offer our guests a traditional Bulgarian atmosphere for fun and relaxation. The hotel has a small cozy restaurant and a beautiful picturesque summer bistro. The restaurant seats 35 people and the capacity of the open air area is 80 guests.
Our rich selection of wines and spirits can suit every exquisit taste.The menu offers traditional Bulgarian cuisine, whose appearance and taste will fascinate you.
Here you can try original Rhodopean recipes such as patatnik, Rhodope style banitza, variety of hominy and the famous Smilian-region-grown dried beans. At lunchtime, our chef treats our guests with different types of delicious home-made main courses and desserts.
For special occasions and groups we can offer tailor-made menus, including the chef`s specialty - tender roasted lamb, roast beef, stuffed veal and many others.
